Wheat Ciabatta Fully Baked – a classic Italian-style wheat ciabatta, fully baked and quick-frozen immediately after baking. The product does not require additional baking and is ready for use after defrosting or short reheating, allowing you to serve bread with a crispy crust and a fresh-baked aroma without additional operational workload.
It features an elongated shape, a light and evenly open crumb structure, and a thin crust. The 120 g format is optimal for sandwiches, panini, burgers, and for serving alongside soups or salads. The stable structure ensures clean slicing and portion control on the menu.
Two preparation options are available: defrosting; short reheating (3–4 min at 200 °C, preheat the oven to 230 °C beforehand) to restore crispness and the fresh-baked aroma.
A practical solution for high-turnover establishments: minimal operations, consistent results, ease of handling, and service continuity even in the event of power supply interruptions.

#1 Defrosting (ready without baking)
Time: 50–60 minutes at room temperature (+22 °C)
Result: ready-to-eat product.
#2 Short heating (fresh baking effect)
Temperature: preheat the oven to 230 °C, then reduce to 200 °C
Time: heat the product for 3-4 minutes
Result: crispy crust and fresh baking aroma.
