An exquisite French dessert is now in Ukraine – a chocolate cake based on dark chocolate with a liquid chokodana filling. The fondant is completely ready, you just need to warm it up. The product is packed in paper napkin and flow pack.
Liquid egg mélange, ultra-pasteurized cream “Kulinarnyi” 30% fat (CREAM from cow’s milk), confectionery glaze (sugar, vegetable fat, cocoa powder, whey powder, emulsifier (Soy lecithin), salt, flavorings: “Chocolate”, vanillin), dark chocolate 56% (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, cocoa powder with reduced fat content, emulsifier (Soy lecithin), Vanilla flavor), sweet cream spread 72.5% (milk fat substitute (vegetable fats and oils in natural and solidified form, refined deodorized), sweet cream butter, skimmed milk, skimmed whey powder, Butter-Cream attenuator, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids emulsifier, b-carotene color), powdered sugar, wheat flour w/w, cocoa powder (less than 2%), corn starch. Defrost the product at 6°C for 3-4 hours or at 18°C for 40-60 minutes.
Be sure to remove the packaging. Heat in a microwave oven for 30-40 seconds at 600 - 800 W.
The heating time and power may vary depending on the technical characteristics of your equipment.
