MARLENKA™ Honey Balls are a premium portioned dessert designed for HoReCa and retail channels, perfectly suited as an individually served mini dessert to accompany coffee.
The confectionery product is made from honey dough containing 4% honey and 1.4% walnuts. Inside, a delicate milk and cream filling accounts for 15% of the product’s total weight. The balls have a stable shape, dense texture, and are coated with honey crumbs. Free from artificial colors and preservatives.
Each honey ball is individually placed in a paper cup, ensuring a neat appearance, hygienic serving, and comfortable consumption without crumbs.
The packaging is produced using modified atmosphere packaging (MAP) with a protective foil barrier. The product is secured in an inner tray and packed in a branded cardboard box to preserve shape, quality, and ensure convenient storage.

Defrost at +2–+8 °C or at +13–+23 °C for 1–2 hours. The product is fully ready for consumption after defrosting.
