Wheat flour, rye flour, malt flour, wheat flakes, wheat germ, sugar, iodized salt, yeast, sunflower seeds, flax seeds
1. To be defrosted for 20 minutes at 22°C.
2. Bake in owen with steam for 8-10minutes at 200°C.
3. Let it cool.
