XXL croissant with butter (20%) without filling. Golden, crispy on the outside, but airy and tender on the inside. The high content of butter gives the croissant an incredible flavor. It is also great for making perfect sandwiches.
Wheat flour, butter (20%), water, sugar, eggs, iodized salt, yeast, gluten, flour improver (ascorbic acid)
To be defrosted for 40 minutes at 22°C.
Bake in owen with steam for 20-24minutes at 170-175°C.
Let it cool.
