Wheat flour, water, rye flour, soy flour, yeast, iodized salt, sugar, vegetable oils, barley and rye malt, wheat bran, crushed wheat, crushed soybeans, crushed rye, spices, sesame seeds, flax, flour improver (ascorbic acid )
1. To be defrosted for 30 minutes at 22°C.
2. Bake in owen with steam for 7-10minutes at 200-210°C.
3. Let it cool.
