Butter croissant is a classic French croissant with a pronounced buttery taste and a multi-layered structure. The product is made using traditional technology with 18.5% butter in its composition, which creates a rich aroma and a well-defined flaky texture. A long proofing process ensures an airy layered structure and enhances the rich aroma of fresh butter.
After baking, the croissant has an even golden crust and a soft, airy crumb.
Product size: weight before baking – 65g; weight after baking – approx. 54g; length – 13.5cm; width – 6cm; height – 4cm.
The croissant is suitable for HoReCa and retail, allowing to expand the ассортимент with a universal classic product. It can be served as a standalone item as well as used for products with sweet and savoury fillings.

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Bake the products with steam at 165-170°C for 20-22 minutes until evenly golden brown.
