Butter Croissant Fully Baked – a classic French croissant with a high butter content (25.5%), fully baked and quick-frozen. The product does not require additional baking and is ready to use after defrosting or short reheating, allowing you to serve aromatic pastry with a “fresh-from-the-oven” effect without additional operational load.

Produced according to traditional French technology with extended dough fermentation, which ensures the formation of airy layers and a deeper flavor profile with pronounced notes of fresh butter. Made from wheat flour and натураль butter, it features a distinct laminated structure, tender crumb, and rich buttery character. The golden crispy crust ensures an attractive presentation in the display case.

The 55 g format is optimal for breakfast offers, buffet lines, cafés, and hotels. Product dimensions: length – 17 cm; width – 7 cm; height – 6 cm.

Two preparation options are available: defrosting; short reheating (3–4 minutes at 200 °C; preheat the oven to 230 °C) to restore crispiness and enhance the buttery aroma.

24 hours at +21 °C; 12 months at -18°С. Do not freeze again.
Preparation

No.1 Defrosting (ready without baking)
Time: 30–40 minutes at room temperature (+22 °C)
Result: ready-to-eat soft croissant with a delicate texture.

No.2 Short reheating (freshly baked effect)
Temperature: preheat the oven to 230 °C, then reduce to 200 °C
Time: heat the product for 3–4 minutes
Result: golden crispy crust and rich buttery aroma.
