Wheat flour, rye flour, spelled flour, iodized salt, yeast, oil, malt, wheat flakes, spelled flakes, bran, sunflower seeds, flax seeds
1. To be defrosted for 20 minutes at 22°C.
2. Bake in owen with steam for 8-10minutes at 200-210°C.
3. Let it cool.
