Classic wheat ciabatta is a partially baked and quick-frozen Italian-style bread with a rectangular shape. After baking, the product develops a crispy golden crust, while the inside forms a soft, airy crumb with characteristic large holes and a pleasant aroma of freshly baked bread.
Made from wheat flour with the addition of yeast.
