New products from the Belgian brand La Lorraine – crispy Turkish snacks BUREKS! Spinach and feta cheese burek from La Lorraine is a crispy and satisfying morsel with a perfect balance of dough and filling. The filling of chopped spinach with feta cheese and enriched with ricotta gives the burek a unique creamy flavor. The composition of the filling is impressive: spinach – 55%, ricotta – 21%, Feta PDO – 6.4%. We use only authentic Greek feta cheese (PDO). Our bureks contain only sunflower oil, which is the best choice for the environment and makes the snacks less fatty. And, of course, no artificial flavors or colors. The bureks are ready to bake without the need to defrost.
WHEAT flour, cheese filling (31,5%) (water, ricotta cheese (30%) (whey (MILK), whey cream (MILK), acidity regulators (citric acid, lactic acid), cream (MILK)), mozzarella cheese (15%) (MILK, salt, acidity regulator (citric acid), rennet, lactic cultures), feta cheese (11,5%) (sheep MILK, goat MILK, salt, rennet, lactic cultures), sunflower oil, EGG white powder, modified starch, iodised salt (salt, potassium iodate)), sunflower oil, water, poppy seeds, iodised salt (salt, potassium iodate), yeast, sugar, maize starch. May contain traces of: soya, nuts, sesame seeds.
Put the products on a baking sheet with parchment at a distance of 3-4 cm from each other. The product does not need to be defrosted before baking. Preheat the oven to 220 °C. Bake the products for 17-20 minutes at 190-200˚C with steam until evenly golden brown. Leave to cool.
