SANDWICH WITH GRILLED VEGETABLES AND MOZZARELLA

Grilled vegetables and smoked mozzarella based on baked sourdough Spanish baguette.

Ingredients

  • 4040171 Spanish sourdough baguette
  • Smoked mozzarella or other smoked cheese
  • Chopped eggplant
  • Sliced zucchini
  • Red and / or green bell peppers
  • Red onion rings
  • Sliced large mushrooms
  • Fresh sage leaves
  • Sauce mix: sour cream with mayonnaise, garlic, ground smoked pepper, pepper and salt

Cooking method

  1. Mix 3/4 sour cream, 1/4 mayonnaise, 1 clove of minced garlic, paprika powder, pepper and salt.
  2. Cut a sourdough Spanish baguette in half horizontally with a drizzle of olive oil. Grill two halves
  3. Grill vegetables, season and season with Spanish Baguette
  4. Top with slices of smoked cheese and some fresh sage leaves
  5. Close the sandwich, squeeze a little and wait 1 minute to serve.
