Cooking method
Mushrooms in Greek: simmer mushrooms in olive oil with onions and garlic, white wine and tomato trade wind. Season with coriander seeds, laurel, thyme and white pepper.
Fry a thick slice of halloumi cheese in a skillet.
Bake a bagel quickly. Slice horizontally.
Cut the olives into slices and strain the anchovy fillets.
