Cooking method
  1. Mushrooms in Greek: simmer mushrooms in olive oil with onions and garlic, white wine and tomato trade wind. Season with coriander seeds, laurel, thyme and white pepper.
  2. Fry a thick slice of halloumi cheese in a skillet.
  3. Bake a bagel quickly. Slice horizontally.
  4. Cut the olives into slices and strain the anchovy fillets.
  5. Make a sandwich and serve warm.
